Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know my truck size?
No. Once you pick your deck, our builder automatically shows only the truck sizes that fit that deck's width, based on each brand's own sizing chart. You just choose a brand and we take care of the rest.
Can I build a cruiser or old school shaped deck?
The builder is set up for standard popsicle-shaped decks. If you're after a cruiser, old school or shaped deck setup, get in touch with us directly and we'll help you put together the right components by hand.
How long does assembly take?
Most complete setups are assembled the same day, ready for pickup or dispatch. If a component needs to be ordered in, we'll let you know before you check out.
Can I mix and match different brands?
Yes. Choose whichever brand you like for trucks, wheels, bearings and bolts, there's no requirement to stick with one brand across your setup.
Does grip tape cost extra?
Black Modus grip tape is included free with every setup, and we'll apply it for you at no charge. Prefer something different? Upgrade to Mob or a graphic grip tape in the Build Your Own Setup panel.
