Promoter: OCD Skate Shop

Promotion Period: The promotion commences 16 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST Sunday 20 September 2026.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents.

How to Enter

To enter the Tony Hawk Signed Birdhouse Deck Giveaway during the Promotion Period, you must:

- Place an order through OCD Skate Shop with a minimum eligible spend of $100 after discounts and excluding shipping.

- Type TONYHAWK in the Comments field at checkout before completing your order.

- Complete payment for the eligible order.

Gift cards and pre-order products are excluded and do not count towards the $100 minimum spend.

There is a maximum of one entry per customer/residential address. Multiple qualifying orders placed by the same customer or residential address will not result in additional entries.

Orders without TONYHAWK entered in the Comments field will not be automatically entered.

Prize

There is one prize: one Tony Hawk signed Birdhouse skateboard deck, valued at less than $1,000 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges apply to the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns of Qualifying Purchases

If an order used to enter the promotion is returned for change of mind, any approved return will be issued as an OCD Skate Shop gift card/store credit only, subject to OCD Skate Shop's usual returns policy.

If a qualifying order is cancelled or fully refunded before the prize draw, the associated entry will be invalid.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prize Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries on Monday 21 September 2026 at OCD Skate Shop, Mordialloc, Victoria.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided with their order by phone and/or email.

Written notification will also be provided by email.

If reasonable attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, OCD Skate Shop may conduct a redraw in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable requirements.

Entry Verification

OCD Skate Shop reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, including order value, products purchased, customer details and residential address.

Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

Duplicate entries or entries made in an attempt to circumvent the one-entry-per-customer/address limit may be disqualified.

Privacy

Personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries and contact the winner.

Any other use of personal information will be in accordance with OCD Skate Shop's Privacy Policy and any consent separately provided by the customer.

General

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OCD Skate Shop, the promotion may be modified, suspended or cancelled to the extent permitted by law.

The promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
